ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider renewal of the expired Tax Abatement Policy. In preparation for any prospect, we have decided to renew the current policy as is. The current tax abatement policy went through an exhaustive review last time it was udpated. Staff recommends no changes to the policy.
