BACKGROUND
The new Long Reach Excavator will replace the 12 year old Hyundai 290L-C-3 currently used by the Public Works Department.
ANALYSIS
It is my recommendation to award the purchase and delivery of the Doosan Hydraulic Crawler Long Reach Excavator, through the Texas association of School Board (TASB), a Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative, for the total contract price of $189,536.00.
