Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City’s fiscal year 2010-11 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to appropriate funds for the puchase of a long arm excavator in the amount of $189,536 as described above in the consent agenda. The excavator being replaced was scheduled for replacement this fiscal year from the capital equipment replacement fund.
