Del Papa Realty Holdings, L.P. requests Preliminary Plat review and approval to develop Del Papa Distribution facility to be located at IH45 and Century Blvd., being 26.38 acres out of Abst. 208 W. K. Wilson League, Texas City, Galveston County, Texas.

This preliminary plat request for Del Papa Realty Holdings, L.P. has been reviewed by Staff during several of our Staff Development conference meetings (held every Tuesday). A majority of the development stipulations have been satisfied. The applicant is proposing to construct a Distribution Center facility. All City Development Provisions, building, fire and safety issues were raised and properly discussed. The applicant is aware that they must comply with all provisions in order to obtain all legal permits.

Staff has been working closely with the developer in order to move this project through our development review in a prudent, comprehensive and efficient manner. Towards that end, all stipulations will be adhered to and Staff will continue to work closely with the principals to make sure all stipulations and related development issues are properly reconciled. Staff has no objections and recommends approval to the preliminary plat contingent upon satisfying Subdivision Ordinance stipulations.
