ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Southern Crushed Concrete LLC, in Houston, for the unit prices bid.
It is my recommendation to award the 6 mos. annual contract to Southern Crushed Concrete, LLC, for the unit prices bid, and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
