ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)

Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City’s fiscal year 2010-11 budget.

BACKGROUND

A budget amendment is needed to account for funds to be received from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) for Texas City Dike boat ramp improvements.  TPWD will reimburse the city for expenditures up to $599,900.00
