Permanent rezoning for the pending Premium Outlet Mall.
BACKGROUND
As the Commission will recall this commercial retail component for the mall is in association with the
Land Tejas Special District / PUD which was approved by the Commission in 2007.
This approximately 71 acres of land is now ready to be permanently rezoned as a component of the Land Tejas PUD.
