ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve and award Bid # 2008-893 for the purchase and delivery of Liquefied Chlorine Gas Annual Contract; to be utilized by the City's Waste Water Treatment Plant.

ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Altivia Corporation, in Houston, for the unit price of $572.00 per cylinder.
It is my recommendation to award the annual contract to Altivia Corporation and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
