Request to schedule a rezoning public hearing to amend Section 40-94 location of the Gateway Overlay District by adding FM 3436 from SH 646 south to FM 517.
BACKGROUND
This proposed rezoning request was given approval by the Zoning Commision on March 18, 2008. It is now ready to go before City Commission for final disposition. Planning Director will submit summary memo and maps at the City Commission Public Hearing.
