Presentation by Mr. Harvey Cappell representing the Texas City Radio Control Club (TCRCC) on a proposed project at Holland Park.
BACKGROUND
Mr. Harvey Cappell presented to the board members on October 8, 2013, a proposal to add an additional covered shaded area made out of sheet metal to Holland Park. Mr. Cappell stated the project would cost approximately $7,000.
