ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Request for an extension for Stanley W. Armentor/Nai Pham which was approved by the City Commission on May 16, 2007 to a rezone from “O” (Open Space) to “S-P” (Site Plan) for commercial warehouse and future commercial development. Being lots 1, 1A, 2, and part of Lots 3, 4 and 4A, Block 95, Tract 2, 3, San Leon Farm Home Tracts, located east of Highway 146 between Dickinson Bayou and Ave. T.
BACKGROUND
This rezoning was approved by the Zoning Commission on April 17, 2007 and was approved by the City Commission on May 16, 2007. A one year extension is being requested.
