On April 1, 2008, five (5) proposal packets were mailed to area vendors.
Proposals were due Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.

ANALYSIS
It is my recommendation to award the annual contract to Severn Trent Services, in Houston, for a three (3) year contract totaling $779,520.00.
