ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Authorize the Mayor to execute a Project Partnership Agreement with the USACE (United States Army Corps of Engineers) authorizing the USACE to dredge the Texas City Ship Channel from 40 feet to 45 feet and that the City as the non-federal sponsor agrees to contribute 25% of the total cost of the project.
