ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve the purchase and delivery of two (2) 2009 7400 6X4 Single Axle Dump Trucks through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program, for the total contract price of $150,100.00.
The delivering dealer is Santex Truck Center, in San Antonio.

BACKGROUND
The dump trucks will be utilized by the Public Works Building Maintenance Department. Funds are available in the Capital Equipment Replacement Fund - Street and Bridge.
