ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Request for ordinance to permanently rezone property for Doug Temple (United Service Alliance Inc) to rezone from "E" to "F" to construct an addition to a warehouse. Being part of BLk. 4, S/d "S", Kohfeldt's Resubdivision. Located at 5201 E.F. Lowry.
BACKGROUND
This rezoning request was previously given approval by teh Zoning Commission on August 19, 2008 and by the City Commission on September 17, 2008. A building permit has been issued for the construction and this property is now ready for permanent rezoning.
