We need to place this item on the agenda to permanently rezone property for Harvin Moore/Amburn Oaks to rezone from "A" (Single Family Res) to "E" (General Business) to develop a neighborhood retail service center.  Being Reserve A, Amburn Oaks S/d.  Located on the corner of Amburn Road and FM 1765.  A building permit has been issued and this is now ready for permanent rezoning.

This item was previously given approval by the Zoning Commission on October 2, 2007 and the City Commission on November 7, 2007.  It has now been issued a building permit and is ready to go for the ordinance to give the final rezoning on the property. There was no opposition to the rezoning request.
