ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider approval of request to amend the Code of Ordinances of the City of Texas City, Chapter 94 (Secondhand Goods), by adding ARTICLE lll (Garage Sales), SECTION 94-69 through 94-75.
BACKGROUND
An amendment is needed that defines a Garage Sale, that Limits the number of Garage Sales a resident may have and that Governs the activities of Garage Sales throughout the City.
