ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve and award a contract for RFP # 2021-092 Control System Maintenance and Repair.
BACKGROUND
On January 20th and 27th, 2021, RFP# 2021-092 Control System Maintenance and Repair, was advertised and proposals were solicited from the local area. Proposals were due on February 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m..
One proposal was received meeting all requirements from K-2 Services, LLC in Rosenburg Texas and is attached for your review.

ANALYSIS
We have worked with K-2 on several SCADA installation projects as well some repair and maintenance, and find them to be reputable and dependable. Therefore, it is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award a contract for RFP # 2021-092 Control System Maintenance and Repair to K-2 Services, LLC for the unit price quoted in the attached proposal, and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
