Consider and take action on Resolution No. 21-018, appointing and/ or reappointing members to the Library Board. (Library)
BACKGROUND
We now have two applicants for the Library Board. Jill Halasz and Danielle Gutierrez
Jill Halasz- She is a mother of a two-year-old and Texas City resident. Below is the bio she gave me:
My name is Jill Halasz and I am a published writer in Texas City with work featured in several magazines (under my maiden name), Chicken Soup for the Soul: Tough Times, Tough People, two books by Hallmark and have 4 previously published and released Hallmark cards. I have been in the Galveston paper a few times for the tribute I wrote to the Texas City BP blast as well.?
Danielle Gutierrez- She is married but no children. She is a Texas City resident and both an avid library user and very active on our social media.
