ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 21-026, approving the 2021-095 Code Compliance Abatement for Lawn Care and Maintenance bid. (Fire Department)
BACKGROUND
On March 10th and March 17th of 2021 a notice to bidders was published in local newspaper and bid packets were sent out to area vendors.
Bids were received and opened on March 30, 2021.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Fire Department and the Purchasing Department to award a contract for the bid number, 2021-095 Code Compliance Abatement for Lawn Care and Maintenance, to Texas Ranch & Maintenance of Humble Texas, for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
