BACKGROUND
Bid packets were made available to local area vendors on June 08, 2021. Out of the 6 packets sent, 4 vendors bid the project.
Bids were opened 2 pm June 23, 2021. All bids received were substantially over budget.

ANALYSIS
It's is the recommendation of the Public Works Department, and the architect Joseph Hoover, that all bids be rejected at this time and this project should be rebid at a later date.
