ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Ordinance: Limited Purpose Annexation for the City of Texas City - To annex certain territory within Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 52 for limited purposes and to impose the City of Texas City's sales and use tax in such territory, and implement certain other City functions enumerated in the Stratebgic Partnership Agreement and as prescribed by Chapter 43 of the State Local Government Code.
