ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approval of the purchase and installation of a Cimline P3 Truck-Mounted Durapatcher from R. B. Everett & Co. via the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the Public Works Department.
BACKGROUND
This is to replace the old Durapatcher, which is worn down beyond repair. Funds were made available in the 2021/2022 Capital Equipment Replacement Fund for the Public Works Department. The total price for this piece of equipment, including installation is $119,437.00 through BuyBoard Contract Pricing No. 597-19. The delivery dealer is R. B. Everett & Co.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve the purchase and installation of the Cimline P3 Truck-Mount Durapatcher to replace our current, worn out, Durapatcher.
