Consider and take action on Resolution No. 2022-010, authorizing Jess Colwell to submit and administer a grant for TCPD.
BACKGROUND
Assistant Police Chief, Jess Colwell intents to submit a grant application to the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance grant (JAG) program for communication equipment. In order to submit the grant, Chief Colwell must have permission to submit the grant application and administer the grant on behalf of the City of Texas City, Police Department.
