ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve the execution of a purchase order for ARKK Engineers, LLC., for the engineering services of the of the Pump Station B Improvements Project.
BACKGROUND
The City entered into an agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC. for the engineering services of our CDBG-MIT projects under Resolution 20-081. The Pump Station B Improvements Project is part of this grant. ARKK Engineers, LLC.'s total sum for this part is $122,404.00. This project will replace failing sheet-piling at the discharge side of the pumps.
ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a resolution authorizing this purchase with ARKK Engineers, LLC., for the engineering services for the Pump Station B Improvements Project.
