ACTION REQUEST
Approve the execution of an engineering agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC to provide services for the engineering and construction phase of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program: Supplemental Program - CDBG-MIT Contract No. 22-119-003-D373.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
This program consists of four (4) separate projects totaling $2,072,041.00 in engineering services.
The Moses Lake Drainage Improvements Project - $756,545.00
The Amburn Park Subdivision Drainage Improvements Project - $380,920.00
The Southpoint Drainage Improvement Project - $505,388.00
The Freeway Park Drainage Improvements Project $429,188.00

RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the attached "Agreement for Services" with ARKK Engineers, LLC., on behalf of the City Commission for the engineering and construction phase services of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program: Supplemental Program - CDBG-MIT Contract No. 22-119-003-D373 projects listed above.
