ACTION REQUEST
Consider and take action on Ordinance No. 2022-19, amending Chapter 40 of the City of Texas City Code of Ordinance to permanently rezone various properties.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
Proper notices have been given, public hearings have been held and applicants given preliminary zoning approval by the City Commission.
RECOMMENDATION
Recommend approval to designate these changes on the original zoning map, as amended.
