Receive Benchmarking Report from FTI Consulting.
BACKGROUND
On June 15th of this year, the Texas City Harbour Foreign Trade Zone Board approved a resolution authorizing FTI Consulting Services to perform a Benchmarking analysis of other FTZ's to establish best practices for the Texas City FTZ. The analysis has been completed and FTI Consulting Services will provide a report on their findings. No action is required at the meeting. This item will be brought back to the Board at a subsequent meeting for consideration and possible approval.
