Approve and award Bid No. 2023-010 Gasoline and Diesel Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
A notice to bidders was advertised on June 23 & 30, 2020, and bid packets were made available to local area vendors. Bids were opened on Friday, July 7, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. The lowest responsible bidder meeting all requirements was Sun Coast Resources, Inc. in Houston, Texas.

RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award Bid # 2023-010 Gasoline and Diesel Annual Contract to Sun Coast Resources, Inc., for the unit prices provided in the bid and authorized the Mayor to execute the contract on behalf of the City Commission.
