Consideration of and action on City of Texas City Resolution No. 2025-048, A Resolution Authorizing the payment to CDW-G for the 3-Year renewal of Microsoft 365.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
The City has used Microsoft 365 for several years. It allows us access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. The annual license fee for FY25 is already budgeted in the FY25 budget.

Staff request the approval to renew a 3-year subscription to Microsoft 365.
