ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve the purchase and delivery of one (1) CT670 Compost Turner for the total contract price of $45,800.00 and one (1) 510 Cougar Trommel Screen for the total contract price of $112,830.00, through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program.

BACKGROUND
The Compost Turner and Trommel Screen will be utilized by the Sanitation Department. Funds are available in the Certificates of Obligation, 2009 Fund - Capital Outlay account.
