Consider and accept the Keep Texas City Beautiful Committee Bylaws update.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
Upon review of the City of Texas City Charter, the Community Development Department has updated the Keep Texas City Beautiful Committee Bylaws to align with other Texas City boards and commissions. These revisions include adjusting the committee size from eight members to five, standardizing procedural language to match existing Community Development Citizen Advisory Committee bylaws, and clarifying the process for addressing vacancies, resignations, and term completions.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends accepting and adopting the updated Keep Texas City Beautiful Bylaws.
