ACTION REQUEST
City Commission approval of a contract with ARKK Engineering for the Waterline Replacement Project, Phase 23 (Please See Exhibit A for detailed proposal).
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
Engineering and inspections services for Waterline Replace Project Phase 23, an ongoing annual program to rehabilitate water infrastructure. The purpose is to minimize service interruptions, provide a resilient looped system for fire protection, eliminate 2-inch pipe and cast-iron mains to provide better service for the residents of Texas City.
RECOMMENDATION
City Commission consideration and approval of ARRK's Engineering's proposal.
