Bid packets were mailed to area vendors on October 30, 2009. A bid tabulation is attached for your review.

ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Coastal Crushed Concrete, LLC, in Houston, for the unit prices bid.
It is my recommendation to award the Recycled Crushed Concrete Annual Contract to Coastal Crushed Concrete, LLC for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
