ACTION REQUEST

A resolution authorizing the purchase of one 2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty utility pickup truck, including upfitting and associated equipment, from Sames Bastrop Ford through the TIPS USA Cooperative Purchasing Program (Contract #240901) and Texas First Response Services in an amount not to exceed $82,132.89.

BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)

The Station 5 utility pickup truck would be used to support daily operations, logistics, and field response needs at Station 5. The total cost includes the base vehicle, necessary options, upfitting services, and delivery. The purchase is being made through the TIPS USA Cooperative Purchasing Program. Funding for this purchase is included in the approved Certificate of Obligation.

RECOMMENDATION
