BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
The City engaged Mainland Children Partnership to provide Housing Inspector Specialist services supporting federally funded housing and community development program compliance from September 2023 through April 2025. The total amount due, $67,770.00, reflects services rendered in accordance with program requirements.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission authorize the issuance of a purchase order to Mainland Children Partnership for Housing Inspector Specialist services.
