Consider and take action on Resolution No. 2026-062, appointing Commissioners Barbie Tucker and Jason Delgado to the Planning Board to fill vacancies.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
The Texas City Charter establishes a Planning Board consisting of five members with two of the members to all be members of the City Commission. The Charter provides the members shall be appointed by the City Commission upon the recommendation of the Mayor.
Mayor Abel Garza, Jr. recommends Commissioners Barbie Tucker and Jason Delgado for appointment to the Planning Board, both of whom have accepted the offer to serve.

RECOMMENDATION
