As part of the City's requirement to recieve the Energy grant for $191,600 the city needed to adopt an Energy plan to follow to improve efficiency and conserve engergy.  Many of the items suggested in the plan, the city has been doing informally.  The plan puts in writing.  The plan servses as a guideline for the city to consider alternatives and promote conservation.  Glen Riske and Kyle Schaper will review the plan and monitor the progress regularly.
