ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Polydyne Inc., in Riceboro, GA., for the unit price per tote of $2,254.00.
It is my recommendation to award the Polymer contract to Polydyne Inc. for the unit price bid and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
