Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City's fiscal year 2009/2010 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to carry forward funding for the SCADA Upgrades-7 Pressure Reducing Station, which was originally funded in the 2008/2009 adopted budgeted for a total budget of $116,500.
