Approve the purchase and delivery of two 3280 Ground Master Mowers for the total amount of $38,268.17 through the Buy Board Cooperative Purchasing program.

BACKGROUND
The 3280 Ground Master Mowers will be utilized by the Department of Recreation and Tourism. Funds are available in the Certificates of Obligations, 2009 fund-105 Expenditures- Supplemental Request Detail.
