BACKGROUND
Bid packets were mailed to area vendors on February 10, 2010.
Bids opened Friday, February 26, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.

ANALYSIS
Eight bids were received and all were rejected due to clerical error. The specifications will need to be more defined and mailed out for re-bid.
It is my recommendation to reject all bids received, make changes to the specifications and re-bid.
