ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Envirodyne Laboratories, Inc., in Houston, for the unit prices bid.
It is my recommendation to award the Laboratory Testing at the Wastewater Treatment Plant Annual Contract to Envirodyne Laboratories, Inc., for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
