ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Century Asphalt, Ltd, in Houston, for the unit prices bid per ton.
It is my recommendation to award the Picked Up Hot Mix & Cold Mix Asphalt Annual Contract to Century Asphalt, Ltd, for the unit prices bid per ton and the Mayor be authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
