ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Kleen Supply, in Galveston, for the unit prices bid.
It is my recommendation to award the Janitorial Supplies Annual Contract to Kleen Supply, for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
