Request for proposal packets were sent to vendors on February 24, 2010.
Proposals were due back to the City on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.

ANALYSIS
Proposals were received from Texas First Bank and Amegy Bank of Texas. Both banks fully meet all minimum qualifications, as well as offered predominantly equal services. Only a minimal fee difference exists between the two banks.
The Finance Department recommends the depository contract be awarded to Texas First Bank.
