ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Texas City and the Texas City Independent School District.
The term of agreement shall continue from March 31, 2010 unitl March 31, 2013.

BACKGROUND
The purpose of this agreement is to continue the ongoing cooperation between the City and District with regards to the sharing of resources and the mutual use of public facilities, and to maximize effciency to benefit the citizens and taxpayers of the City of Texas City.
