Need to schedule a public hearing for Mark C. Swanlund S/d.  Located at 825 25th St. No.  This has gone before the Zoning Commission for a Public Hearing and there was no opposition to the rezoning request.

This was given preliminary approval by the Zoning Commission on May 18th.  There was no opposition to the rezoning request.  The request is not in conflict with the Land Use Plan or Zoning Ordinance.
