ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider approval of a Lease Agreement with T-Mobile for a 50'x50' tract within Tarpey Park.
BACKGROUND
In an effort to improve the quality and reliability of their wireless services, T-Mobile has identified a location for an additional antenna. The structure would be a 150' tall monopole with interior mounted antennas, and appurtenances for flying an American Flag. The 50'x50' site would be roughly in the middle of Tarpey Park, along the south side of the existing ditch.
ANALYSIS
The Lease Agreement provides for a $1500 monthly lease amount. T-Mobile will make an initial payment equalling 2 years of lease payments ($36,000), and then annual payments of $18,000.
