ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve concession agreement for 3 year term.
BACKGROUND
Liz de la Garza was given a ninety day lease agreement with a ninet day extension. The extension ends on June 29, 2010. The Directoe recommends entering a contract for a three year period. Due to the cancellation of the previous three year lease, Ms. de la Garza was given this lease agreement so that the food and beverage operation at the Golf Course Snack Bar would continue seemlessly without interruption.
